In the heart of a baroque opera-punk-rock universe reminiscent of an abandoned Belmont Park, an eccentric maestro with an Amadeus-like demeanor is devoted to a mute muse, Lolita, whom he wishes to restore her voice. She will become the one who embodies both his music and the lyrics of Mr. Plamondon.
