A fiery and luminous ode to the great women of song, DIVA explores the transformational power of music and rediscovers some of the musical favorites immortalized by the undisputed queens of music.

For DIVA, we put together an original musical score that showcased some of the greatest hits of an all-female repertoire. The spirited acrobatics are performed to the rhythm of the songs of the divas who shaped our history including Adele, Janis Joplin, Alicia Keys, Lady Gaga, Tina Turner and Rihanna.

We imagined a monochrome setting with pink hues in a modernist and contemporary aesthetic. To immerse the public in the main character's mind, the scenography played with size and optical illusions, creating a surrealist universe that carries the audience from tableau to tableau.
